Kim Layton has been a health and fitness enthusiast most of her life. She founded the HealthyandFit.Life Coaching Group to support others needing health and hope.

Kim is a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. 

Kim Layton, certified by OPTAVIA in partnership with the MacDonald Center for Obesity Prevention and Education (COPE) & M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing at Villanova University.

Sapana Dhakal is a Registered Nurse and the Owner/Operator of I Look My Look Aesthetics Medical Spa in Southlake, Texas. Sapana is passionate about wellness. She is dedicated to helping her clients feel and look their very best. She has numerous specialized certifications.
